بدأت اليوم عملية تدقيق يقوم بها أمريكيون لتجديد شهادة المعهد الأمريكي للبترول API التي تحوز عليها وحدة الأنابيب غير الملحمة لمؤسسة سيدار الحجار، حسب ما ذكرت المؤسسة الجزائرية الرائدة في صناعة الصلب.
ويقوم بعملية التدقيق، وفق ذات المصدر، خبراء من المعهد الأمريكي للبترول، وهم السادة غريت جربر وحسام علي، و جرت عملية التدقيق بحضور الرئيس المدير العام لسيدار الحجار مع مسؤولي وحدة الأنابيب غير الملحمة والطاقم المسير للمؤسسة، و هي المهمة التي ستستمر العملية إلى غاية الأول من شهر جوان المقبل.
بيان مؤسسة سيدار الحجار، أوضح أن التدقيق الذي يقوم به الموفدان الأمريكيان في الوحدة تمس عدة محاور، من بينها التسيير و المبيعات و مراحل الإنتاج، حيث تشمل مراقبة الجودة و المشتريات و الموارد البشرية والاتصال والصيانة.
للعلم فإن عملية التدقيق تتطلب التجديد كل ثلاث سنوات متبوعة بعمليتي تدقيق مراقبة، كل سنة على التوالي، والهدف منها المحافظة على شهادة المعهد الأمريكي للبترول API من خلال الامتثال لمتطلبات المعايير المعمول به في هذا المجال.
كما تجدر الإشارة إلى أن مركب سيدار الحجار شرع في تصدير الشحنات الأولى من المنتجات الحديدية المبرمجة ضمن الثلاثي الأول من السنة 2022 والتي تخص تصدير 25 ألف طن نحو إيطاليا و إسبانيا و تركيا والنيجر و مصر وتونس و سوريا ولبنان.
وقال المدير العام للمركب لطفي كمال مانع في تصريح سابق أن مؤسسة سيدار الحجار قامت بتصدير تصدير 150 ألف طن من المنتجات الحديدية من ضمن حجم إنتاج إجمالي فاق 500 ألف طن من المنتجات الحديدية الطويلة والمسطحة والأنابيب غير الملحمة، بالإضافة إلى الحديد الموجه للبناء و المنتجات الحديدية المصنعة ونصف المصنعة الموجهة للاستغلال الصناعي.
وكان وزير الصناعة قد نوه بأنّ صناعة الحديد والصلب تعتبر من أهم الصّناعات الاستراتيجية التي لها دور مهمّ ومؤثر في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، كون هذه الصناعة ترتبط ارتباطاً وطيداً بالعديد من النشاطات الصناعية.
وكشف الوزير خلال تظاهرة الصالون الدولي للحديد و الصلب و المواد المنجمية المنعقد منتصف شهر مارس الماضي، أن شعبة الحديد والصلب استطاعت إنتاج 3.5 مليون طن من هذه المادة، أي بنسبة 10.8 في المائة من إنتاج الدول العربية، بعد ارتفاع إنتاجها بمقدار 16.4 في المائة في سنة 2021، وتصدير ما يقارب خمسمائة ألف (500.000) طن من الحديد والصلب والخرسانة وأسلاك الآلات والحديد المسطّح، وهو ما يحفّز قطاع الصناعة أكثر من أي وقت مضى على رفع إنتاجها الوطني من الحديد والصلب، خاصة بعد تصنيف الجزائر ضمن ثالث أكبر منتج عربي للحديد.
