أجرى رئيس الجمهورية عبد المجيد تبون، حركة جزئية في سلك القضاء اليوم، مست رؤساء المجالس القضائية و النواب العامين لدى المجالس القضائية، حسب ما أفاد به بيان لرئاسة الجمهورية.
وجاء في البيان “طبقا لأحكام الدستور لا سيما المادتين 92 و181 منه, وكذا المادة 49 من القانون العضوي المتضمن القانون الأساسي للقضاء وبعد استشارة المجلس الأعلى للقضاء، أجرى رئيس الجمهورية السيد عبد المجيد تبون، حركة جزئية في سلك رؤساء المجالس القضائية والنواب العامين لدى المجالس القضائية.
وشملت الحركة تحويل (04) رؤساء مجالس قضائية و(06) نواب عامين وترقية (18) قاضيا لتولي منصب رئيس مجلس قضائي أو نائب عام وإنهاء مهام (07) رؤساء مجالس قضائية و(09) نواب عامين.
تهدف هذه الحركة إلى إعطاء ديناميكية لسير الجهات القضائية وتحسين نوعية أدائها من خلال تعيين كفاءات قضائية برهنت على جدارتها في ميدان العمل القضائي.
