أوقفت مصالح أمن ولاية جيجل ثلاثة (03) أشخاص تورطوا في قضية “القتل العمد مع التنكيل بالجثة لغرض السرقة” في حق شيخ ببلدية السطارة، حسب ما ورد اليوم الثلاثاء في بيان صادر عن خلية الاتصال والعلاقات العامة لدى أمن الولاية. 
وأوضح ذات البيان أن مصالح أمن ولاية جيجل تمكنت في وقت قياسي من فك خيوط جريمة القتل التي راح “ضحيتها شخص يبلغ من العمر79 سنة بالسطارة، مع توقيف ثلاثة أشخاص مشتبه فيهم”.
وتعود حيثيات القضية -حسب ذات المصدر- إلى بلاغ تلقته مصالح أمن دائرة السطارة التابع لأمن ولاية جيجل بوجود جثة شخص بأحد المنازل حيث تنقلت قوات الشرطة إلى عين المكان، أين تم العثور على جثة شخص مكبل و متفحم، ليتم فتح تحقيق معمق في القضية بالتنسيق مع الفرقة الجنائية للمصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية وتحت إشراف النيابة المحلية.
وبعد الاستغلال الجيد لمسرح الجريمة من طرف المحققين باستعمال وسائل متطورة و تقنيات حديثة في البحث و التحري تم تحديد هوية المتورطين وهم ثلاثة أشخاص تتراوح أعمارهم بين 19 و 21 سنة حيث تم توقيفهم في ظرف قياسي وفق ذات البيان.
وقد أثبت التحريات أن قيامهم بفعلتهم الشنيعة كان بدافع السرقة حيث تم أيضا استرجاع مبالغ مالية معتبرة من العملة الوطنية و الأجنبية كانت محل سرقة ليتم تقديم المشتبه فيهم أمام النيابة المختصة إقليميا، حسب ما تم إيضاحه.
