وقعت مجموعة مدار القابضة اتفاقية تعاون استراتيجية موسعة في مجال الهندسة الصناعية مع شركائها من الصين، تسمح لها بدخول الأسواق الأفريقية و العربية و الأورو-متوسطية.
و أفاد بيان لمجمع مدار حصلت “أطلس تايمز” على نسخة منه أن التوقيع على الاتفاقية تم اليوم 08 ماي، من طرف الرئيس المدير العام للمجمع عمارة شرف الدين و نظيره الصيني تونغ لايجو، الرئيس المدير العام لشركة “سي بي أم إي” الصينية، بحضور المدير العام لمجمع الصين الوطنية للبناء، لي شينهوا.
و تهدف الاتفاقية الأولى من نوعها في الجزائر، حسب المصدر ذاته إلى وضع آليات للتعاون المستمر، المستدام و المتطور بين الطرفين في قطاع الهندسة الصناعية الاستراتيجي.
وقد اتفق الطرفان، يواصل البيان على إقامة شراكة مؤسساتية، في شكل شركة تجارية يكون مقرها الرئيسي في الجزائر، و تتمثل مهامها في الدراسة و التصميم، الإنشاء و التحكم و صيانة الأنظمة و مجمعات الإنتاج اللوجيستيكي، و الأنشطة المتعلقة بالهندسة الصناعية بشكل عام.
كما تشمل الاتفاقية أيضا توقيع مذكرة تعاون موسعة بين الطرفين لتنفيذ استراتيجية دخول الأسواق الجزائرية و الإقليمية في مجالات الأعمال المتعلقة بنشاط المجمعين الجزائري و الصيني. وفق ما أوضح ذات المصدر.
و من ضمن نشاطات الشركة الصينية في الجزائر ارتباطها بمجمع مدار بعقد لبناء مصنع بولاية جيجل في شمال شرق الوطن، يختص في سحن البذور الزيتية و إنتاج الزيوت و أغذية الأنعام.
و تعتبر شركة مدار فاعل أساسي في الاقتصاد الجزائري، حيث تضم ضمن نشاطاتها مجالات متنوعة، من الصناعات الخفيفة و السيارات و الزراعة و الصناعة الزراعية و الخدمات المالية و السياحة و الفندقة و النسيج و الرياضة و الترفيه و الأمن.
